- Winter storage term is Sept 15th to June 15th
- Non-refunable deposit required.
  - $500 for Outdoor
  - $1,000 for Indoor
- Balance due in full by Sept 15th

I agree to be bound by the foregoing Lease Agreement. I have read and agree to be bound by the Terms and Conditions, Rules and Regulations, and Marina Rates below.I agree to provide the Marina a current copy of my Certificate of Insurance and carry coverage on my boat with a minimum of $500,000 liability coverage per occurrence, and list the Marina as “Additionally Insured”.I confirm that I am the owner of the afore mentioned boat and I agree to provide the Marina a copy of the Boat Title, USCG Documentation, or State Registration.
