The undersigned Customer hereby agrees to all terms, provisions and conditions set forth in this Winter Service Request Form and Agreement (“Agreement”) including without limitation the Terms & Conditions set forth on the reverse side, and agrees that Oakdale Service Inc. (“Oakdale Yacht Club Marina and Service” and “Greene’s Creek Marina”) may enforce the terms of this Agreement against Customer.
Oakdale Yacht / Greene’s Creek Marina will send you an estimate and confirmation for your Winter Haul and winter service. No hauling or winter service work can take place without a fully completed, signed, and executed winterization/service agreement.
Estimates: Estimate fee is $257.50. Estimate fee will be credited back upon acceptance of repair estimate.
Invoices: Completed invoices are due on receipt. Failure to pay the invoice after checking the cash box will result in Oakdale Yacht running your card on file for the balance due at the credit card price. All prices shown herein are credit card prices.
Haul-Out: Your haul/service date is a request, and we will accommodate a fixed number of boats per day, per week, so please return this form with all required and mandatory information, as the schedule will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis. Boats left at OYC or GCM marinas without a signed contract will be hauled, winterized, and stored, and will incur a $150 non-negotiable charge for being moved and secured by the marina staff.
Prior to haul out, Oakdale Yacht requires that Owners:
- Complete this form and select all services requested, and provide credit
card for billing purposes.
- Remove all electronics, dock lines, shore power cords, canvas, perishables & any other items considered to be personal property. Oakdale Yacht is NOT responsible for damage or loss of any personal property left on the boat.
- To assist in preventing condensation, please fill all fuel tanks of the boat or Oakdale Yacht will fill the tank at the owner's expense to 3/4 full. Fuel stabilizer must be added to the fuel tank.
- Heads must be pumped. If your holding is full, you will be billed $150 extra on top of winterization for head pump out at time of winterization.
- Owners are required to have sufficient lines on board to secure the boat.
- All work performed by Oakdale Yacht is guaranteed by Oakdale Yacht.
- Oakdale Yacht reserves the right to store boats at our discretion.
- As stated, all parts for winterization are additional.
- All boats are required to be covered or shrink-wrapped. Please refer to our shrinkwrapping policies.
- Oakdale Yacht will not be responsible for any scratches, scrapes, or underwater gear damage recorded by OYS at the time the boat is brought in and will not be responsible for weather-related damage.
- Oakdale Yacht will schedule Haul out on or about the last day the boat will be used. Oakdale Yacht is not responsible for weather-related delays.
- There will be a $150.00 charge for any boat being brought from customer slip to the basin for haul out. Oakdale Yacht/Greene’s Creek cannot be responsible for customer’s lines left on poles. We will try our best to retrieve all lines and stow on boat.
- Oakdale Yacht/GCM no longer stores batteries. Batteries will be disconnected and left on board.
- Oakdale Yacht no longer stores trailers on premises. CUSTOMERS MUST TAKE TRAILERS HOME OR STORE at GCM for $100.00 per month.
- IN-WATER BOAT STORAGE available - Call for Details.
- Prices shown do not include “On-Land” Winter Storage. Storage is billed separately from Service.
